My approach is structured into four main components:
Nurturing Individuality:
Individuality is a key strength that should be nurtured and encouraged. I cater to each student differently, considering their learning styles, interests, and long-term goals. My experience has shown that an appreciation of individuality allows students to build their confidence and become independent learners as talents are identified and weaker spots supported.
Consistency and Trust:
As a committed educator I offer a long-term partner for my student’s educational trajectory. This allows me to build lasting relationships with my students and their families, built on trust and reinforced by consistent availability.
Lifelong Intellectual Curiosity:
Education does not end when students leave school or university which is why I encourage students to become lifelong learners. I therefore teach without limits and my students will never hear that their question does not apply to what is currently being learnt, or that they can learn more about it next year/in secondary school/at uni.
Caring and Credibility:
I sincerely care about every single one of my students and want each student to aim high and achieve their personal best. My dedicated commitment to education is reflected in my own academic trajectory and the experiences and challenges that I have myself faced, allowing me to offer qualified support to all my students.
